Shipping and Delivery Information

Fulfilment:

Delivery to mainland UK addresses should take no longer than five working days.

Delivery to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland & Islands may take a day longer.

For orders with logo origination (any order with a new logo), this fulfillment period begins once the customer has approved their artwork.

Delivery Costs:

Standard UK delivery is a fixed rate of £9.95 for all orders.

For delivery outside the UK, and for expedited delivery, please use the Request a Quote form on a product page or Contact Us for a quote (please remember to include the delivery address and all products required).

Delayed Dispatch

Products in our Glass & Crystal categories, and also our Large Silver Trophies category, are subject to the Delayed Dispaptch delivery method. This is charged at the same rate as UK Standard (£9.95 for all orders) but dispatch is delayed by about a week. Expect UK delivery of Delayed Dispatch items by up to 15 working days from the order being placed or logo engraving being approved.
